Our customer, a biotech company, is manufacturing—among other products—filtration membranes at their facilities in Germany and overseas. The newly constructed drawing plants using precipitation bath method require certain gas conditions that need to be maintained at a constant level, with extremely low control deviations. This important job is to be performed by Wallstein-made gas conditioners.
Aside from supplying and installing the two gas conditioners, we were also charged with their commissioning. Due to the high complexity of the plants, a preliminary pre-assembly and a test run in Recklinghausen were necessary. The actual shipment to the customer will take place in early 2022, after a successful test run.
