The Wallstein Group reinforces its Pharma & Food technology business area by Niederlassungsleiter acquiring the ASS Aigner Sterilisatorenbau und Service GmbH & Co. KG based in Sauerlach on July 1, 2018.
The name Aigner stands for over 60 years of experience in the manufacturing of steam sterilizers, and it will be retained as a brand.
In addition to development and supply of steam sterilizers, the company’s business portfolio also includes maintenance of the equipment installed.
This strategic acquisition enables the Wallstein Group to expand its product range in the medical area while achieving considerable synergies in sales, design, fabrication and service. Furthermore, with this step, the Southern facility gains additional importance for the Wallstein company.
