We are pleased with a new order for the turnkey supply of three process gas scrubbers for a Southern Germany–based semiconductor factory. The production plant is operated by a customer that has been relying on Wallstein’s expertise and experience in environmental technology for many years.
In the manufacture of semiconductors, the process gas scrubbers are utilised during the epitaxy, a process where thin layers of semiconducting materials are deposited on a substrate. Wallstein supplies not only the complete scrubber system, but also performs the assembly and commissioning. The delivery is scheduled for this month.
