It is our pleasure to introduce a further new Member of the Executive Board in Mr Wolfram Engelking. Together with Jörg Jeliniewski, Wolfram Engelking will take over Dieter Wallstein's technical management role. Mr Wolfram Engelking will begin on 1 July 2012 and will be jointly responsible for the development of the Group together with Managing Partners Dirk und Malte Wallstein and Managing Director Jörg Jeliniewski...
...We have gained in Wolfram Engelking a manager with experience in an international company in the segments waste-to-energy, waste and flue gas cleaning and after-sales service.
Wolfram Engelking is 52 years old, has been married for 24 years, and has two adult daughters. He studied mechanical engineering and, from 1989, worked for Fisia Babcock Environment GmbH in Gummersbach, most recently as Head of Flue Gas Cleaning. Wolfram Engelking has wide-ranging technical know-how as well as operational experience in the areas of project engineering, construction, procurement and development, as well as in the commissioning of large-scale plants. He was heavily involved in the creation of Fisia Babcock Environment, the successor that emerged from bankrupt Babcock Borsig Environment. Under his leadership, an engineering company was set up in Shanghai, which today provides support with the handling of Chinese contracts.
In personal talks with the management and staff, Wolfram Engelking explained his personal priorities and aims. He emphasises positive interaction between people, both within the Wallstein team and with customers, as the basis for constant improvement . Starting with each individual, with the products and on throughout the whole company. Wolfram Engelking expressed a further aim of winning new customers from other industrial sectors. He is looking forward to working with the whole Wallstein team and hopes that he will fully and completely justify the faith placed in him.
