...As part of the first order, a compressed air plant with a total of approx. 30 m of compressed air lines, including compressor and consumers, was inspected. Several leaks were found in this part of the plant thanks to ultrasound.
A second order commissioned the inspection of electrical equipment. For this order, the TEGG Standard Service was carried out. This starts with ultrasonic measurements to detect irregularities and hazards more quickly. With this method and the subsequent thermal imaging, several hotspots were recorded that could have led to fire in certain circumstances. Finally, a brief network analysis in the supply lines and distributor cabinets was carried out, which showed potential for optimising the power supply.
