On October 23 and 24, 2018, the Technical University of Dresden celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Power Plant Technology Colloquium. Wallstein and KSC took part in this special event as long-time exhibitors.
The event in the Congress Center once again brought together about a thousand participants and 92 exhibitors from the entire energy sector. Several high-profile speakers gave lectures, among them Michael Kretschmer, Prime Minister of Saxony, who reported on the energy policy of the Free State of Saxony with a view to Germany and Europe, and Roland Tichy, Member of the Ludwig Erhard Foundation and editor of the monthly magazine Tichys Einblick, who spoke about the failure of the media in reporting on the energy transformation.
Numerous visitors initiated many productive discussions at the joint booth of Wallstein and KSC. From year to year, this event continues to grow, and has become one of the traditional networking events for the entire German energy industry.
And it is already clear that by no means Wallstein will miss the 51st Power Plant Colloquium in the coming year.
