We are happy to announce that Jannik Unterste-Wilms (middle) has completed his construction mechanic training this January. He was able to reduce the training time by a full year, and achieved great results with active support from our instructor Udo Götzen (left) and Marco Unterste-Wilms (right), Head of Production. The 1 year ahead of schedule completion is unprecedented in Wallstein’s history of apprenticeship. Jannik is staying with the company, reinforcing our Production team as construction mechanic.
We are proud of his success and look forward to a fruitful cooperation. Wishing Jannik a great time at the Wallstein company!
We would also like to once again thank our partner, SLV Gelsenkirchen, in whose apprenticeship workshop Jannik completed 2 modules of his training.
This year we will once again collaborate with this external workshop where our new apprentices, Erjon Bytyqi and Tilo Dreschel, will spend 3 months starting in February. Their training is financially supported by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the European Social Fund.
