We have undertaken a significant step: The shares in Wallstein Service GmbH (WSG) were successfully transferred to the company that was newly founded by Stefan Lukoschek and Johannes Ngow as part of a groundbreaking management buy-out. The transfer was backdated January 1, 2023.
Stefan Lukoschek, formerly Director Electrical & Maintenance Technology, and Johannes Ngow, formerly Director of inspection team & Product Manager, are now assuming leadership positions. Both bring their extensive expertise and are dedicated to ensuring the highest level of quality in their work.
The new company still focuses on preventive inspection, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems, machinery and equipment.
