This year the Wallstein Group continued the tradition and held Health Days for its employees on the 22nd and 23rd of October in cooperation with the insurance company Techniker Krankenkasse – only this time, certainly in compliance with the relevant Corona safety requirements.
During the event, two test modules, Pupillographic Sleepiness Test and Digital Stress Scale, were presented under the motto “Strong under Stress”. The purpose of the pupillographic test was to measure the sleepiness level and the dips in concentration during the day as well as uncover the causes of such phenomena. As a follow-up, the participants received targeted feedback regarding healthy sleeping habits and recuperation capacities. The Digital Stress Scale helped identify the factors causing stress as well as assess the opportunities to cope with such stress and model possible solutions.
The second part comprised two workshops, Stress and Nutrition and Strong under Stress: How to Enhance your Resilience.
This year, more than 50 Wallstein employees attended the event held in Recklinghausen.
