A well-known German semiconductor manufacturer awards Wallstein Group a contract for the expansion of an existing NOx scrubber. The plant makes sure that air pollutants are removed from the exhaust gases during the manufacturing process, thus protecting the environment.
The commissioning of this project enables the enterprise to double its wafer processing capacity. Wallstein will provide engineering, delivery, assembly and start-up of two new process washing steps, as well as retrofitting/revision of die existing plant and its integration into the overall concept of a three-stage absorption system.
