The "Electrical Safety 2014" conference, which was held on 18 and 19 November in Darmstadt, was once again a complete success. With over 100 participants, 7 speakers and a raft of questions and answers on electrical safety, the eighth edition of this conference again met the expectations of the...
participants. With a mix of expertise and practical orientation, the renowned speakers captivated conference participants and even topics such as "electrical expert activity by court order" were delivered by a former judge with expertise and humour. Mr Kassen from Wallstein Service GmbH (WSG) also contributed to the success of the conference in 2014. With his practical contribution to live-line working up to 36 kV, Mr Kassen gave participants an insight into the legal requirements and the practical execution of live-line working at WSG. Next year, the participants and speakers will make their way to Kassel, where the 9th conference will take place. For the sake of electrical safety, we hope this will also be a complete success.
