St. Nicholas Day on Friday was held in Recklinghausen under the motto "Health Day - join in and do something good for your health". With energetic support from the Techniker Krankenkasse we were able to offer our employees a lot in terms of health, as we did last year. There were lectures on stress management and body perception, a trial course in Life Kinetics or fascia training, which loosens the glued muscle parts again and can thus contribute to increasing mobility. 

The investigations on muscle tone, spinal column and cardio stress screening completed the whole programme. Numerous employees accepted the offer, which we were very pleased about.

On Saturday our annual Christmas party took place in the Maschinenhalle in Herten. Around 130 Wallstein employees celebrated together, reviewed the year and took a look into the future. Surrounded by tasty food and good conversations it was a really successful celebration, which gave us all strength for the still stressful year-end sprint.
