Nitrogénmüvek Zrt. Hungary
ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions (formerly Uhde Dortmund) is supplying the Hungarian company Nitrogénmüvek Zrt. with a plant for the production of fertilisers. Every day, 1,500 tons of ammonium nitrate (AN) or 1,960 tons of calcium ammonium nitrate (CAN) fertiliser are manufactured. Wallstein Ingenieur GmbH was awarded the contract for the engineering, design, manufacturing and delivery of a NH3 evaporator for air dehumidification with a downstream droplet separator and subsequent reheating by means of condensate preheaters or steam-air preheaters (air-conditioning unit). Furthermore WIG received another order for the engineering, design, manufacturing and supply of a drying air heater and air injection heater.
Bamberg municipal heat-and-power station
The customer Bamberg MHKW municipal association awarded WIG an order for the engineering, design and manufacture of a steam-heated gas reheater to reheat cleaned flue gases. This reheater consists of 3 modules with fluoroplastic-coated steel pipes as well as a housing made of carbon steel with TFM lining.
Bielefeld waste-to-energy plant
WIG received an order from Bielefeld WtE for the replacement of the primary air preheaters for combustion lines 1 and 2. The contract includes the engineering, design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of the primary air preheaters. These each consist of 2 modules with stainless steel pipes and casings with bypass including the air-side flaps.
