...Enamel-coated tubes show high resistance to aggressive flue gas components. If necessary, the pipes can also be protected with a thin plastic fluoropolymeric film, which provides additional mechanical protection.
For a biomass power plant, the WIG supplies two flue gas coolers equipped with enamel-coated tubes. The delivery of tubes has been undertaken by a renowned German manufacturer with over 50 years of experience in the field of enamel technology. These flue gas coolers are intended to replace the old, metallic devices that constantly cause problems due to corrosion.
