We have been supporting our trainees for more than 10 years. You can expect a structured apprenticeship with dedicated trainers who will provide you with professional and personal support. Where do I have to send which application documents?

Apply directly via our applicant portal or send us your documents (CV, references, proof of qualifications, letter of motivation optional) by e-mail to: bewerbung@wallstein.de.

What happens after the application is received?

You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. After reviewing your documents, we will coordinate with the relevant department and get back to you if we would like to interview you. Interviews can take place via video conference or in person. Depending on the position, we may invite you to a trial day. Once you have been successfully selected, you will receive a contract offer, which we will discuss together. During onboarding, we will support you with a structured induction plan and a supportive team.
